Mr. Bashar has over 18 years of experience in auditing, financial, and tax consultancy in Saudi Arabia. He began his career with three years of service at “Arthur Andersen” and “KPMG,” followed by more than 15years at prestigious global investment banks such as “HSBC,” “BNP Paribas,” and “Gulf International Bank. ”His career is distinguished by a diverse range of experience across multiple sectors and large-scale projects, enabling him to develop exceptional skills in leading and managing projects with the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness. Mr. Bashar possesses deep expertise in auditing banking services as well as the retail, real estate, industrial, and service sectors. He has also successfully led some of the largest IPOs in the Saudi stock market, acting as a financial advisor to several major companies in this domain. His extensive knowledge of tax and zakat regulations in the Kingdom has positioned him as one of the leading experts in this field. Additionally, he has held leadership roles in many prominent companies and served on the boards of directors for several distinguished organizations. Mr. Bashar holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with honors from the University of Bahrain, in addition to being a fellow of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in Montana and the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA).
