A lawyer and legal expert in capital markets with over 20years of experience in Egypt and the Arab region. He serves as a representative and consultant for leading investment entities in the Arab world, East Asia, and Europe. Adopting an investment approach rooted in capital market principles, he specializes in restructuring companies with investment potential, transitioning them from family-run businesses to institutional systems. He has acted as a legal advisor for major mergers and acquisitions within and beyond Egypt. Additionally, he serves as the Legal Advisor to the Secretary-General of the Arab Economic Unity Council on economic and investment affairs. He has contributed several proposals to amend provisions of the Egyptian Capital Market Law, many of which have become legal standards. He is the Chairman of Madani Legal Consulting for Securities, the only legal entity in Egypt and the Arab world specializing in capital markets and investment. He is also the principal shareholder and Managing Director of EMG Capital.
